naw.  john h has already made the suggestion that the evolt.org.uk box could
be used to host css-d either as a standalone, or as an evolt.org branded
offering.  maybe something like css-d.evolt.org at which they could have a
web-presence for static pages and their list archives.  then, the list could
run off off css-d at css-d.evolt.org.  it'd be trivial to point a subdomain
over to the evolt.org.uk box for this purpose.

it only really needs to be a partial decision from ron if the list ends up
using his bandwidth.
