OK, in the interests of simplicity, if the chosen subscription is
no-mailed, the prize goes to the next not-nomailed subscription, looping
round to the start from the end.

Except that there are a number of people nomail'ed so that they can
post from non-member accounts which gives them an unfair advantage.

(Sorry if that has been brought up before.  I haven't followed the
thread.)
