i suppose i would be in a good position to do this signup, since i can
hook the revenue up to the bank account, and the evolt.org tax ID.

i personally like the skyscraper format a lot.  it makes good use of the
currently unused whitespace -- er, greyspace -- without cluttering up the
top of the page.
