A whois on the IP of the last hop on the route to www.servermatrix.com shows 
  theplanet.com Internet Services, Dallas TX, while a whois on the 
servermatrix.com domain shows 1950 Stemmons Fwy, Suite 3048, Dallas, TX 75207

Clearly bandwidth is cheap in Texas - anything else cheap there? :>
