Sorry, I missed John's proposal.  Let's try this again with a 3rd
option added.


Proposals:

1) evolt.org moves hosting to ServerMatrix for l.e.o, d.e.o, and b.e.o
   immediately and worries about w.e.o later.

2a) evolt.org gets the 1.7 Celeron machine for $49/month with the
    higher setup fee.

2b) evolt.org gets the biggest box possible for $100/month.
