Given the amount we have in the bank, it's extremely unlikely that 
we're going to need extra cash in a hurry.

If you have a proposal in mind, propose it. If we find that we need 
more money than we currently have available to support it, we'll think 
about how to get it at that stage.

I am not at all comfortable with the idea of raising 'just in case' 
money to pay for activities that haven't even been proposed, when we 
have $2k+ in the bank. *Especially* if it requires putting ads on one 
of our core activities (ie weo or any of the lists), which we've 
historically been strongly against. Come up with a damned good reason, 
and you may persuade enough people, but we're not there yet.
