Actually, that wasn't really the case at all.  Prior to the move it was
split between two boxes.  Oracle was on a box that was supposedly optimized
for Oracle while WEO had a dedicated box for serving the site running CF5
and Linux.  Hardware-wise, we didn't really experience much of a change.
Both were dual processor boxes with somewhere around 1 gig of power each and
about 1 gig of RAM.  On paper, we took a step backwards since it was moved
from split db/web (dedicated) to a single box for web and db that also
hosted numerous other websites.  However, the instant, marked performance
improvement would indicate that the paper analysis was grossly mistaken.
