Been thinking a bit more about this - as well as potential loss of 
previous data, I'm concerned about loss of any content and users 
added/changed since we last took a static copy of the site.

Do we think it's a good idea to impose some kind of change freeze, 
telling members not to add any new articles (or alternatively, to 
manually port them to the PoC)? If so, when should it start?
