Testing has thrown up a number of bits of new functionality (ie stuff
that current weo doesn't do) that isn't yet working right.

Examples:
http://islands.easyweb.co.uk:8080/evolt_bugs/bugs/41
http://islands.easyweb.co.uk:8080/evolt_bugs/bugs/42

What we're planning to do is disable those functionalities entirely for
launch, and fix up afterwards, releasing them as and when they're
ready.

This will mean:
1) We don't have the bugs on launch
2) We can concentrate on the things that matter
3) We've then got a stream of "Ooh look! New stuff!" good news stories
to tell as we complete stuff.

I assume no-one's got a problem with that..?

Cheers
Martin
