Oh ffs this is getting beyond a joke. We're continually being spammed  
with these, from users who signed up moments before.

If anyone knows of a Drupal module (and remember we're running 4.6 on  
weo) that can restrict article submission to members who have been  
members longer than $defineabletime, then I'd be very happy about  
implementing it forthwith.
