Actually, I've just now had a good look through the wiki content. There are
elements of what I was asking for already there, plus a load of stuff that
is rather aged, but could be useful if updated.
In fact the wiki needs a really good re-organise. I am great advocate of
wikis and have used them extensively in my previous (employed) life. If
people think it would be useful, I would be pleased to re-organise/extend
the wiki.
IMHO I think a relevant and up to date wiki would be a great resource for
evolt.

Subject: [theforum] Who does what to which
Being new to the forum, (and hopefully at some point being able to help) it
gets confusing about who exactly does what. I know there are no formal
roles(?) and I've sorta worked out a few things, but you folks have been
together a long time and know all this stuff.
Should this stuff be on the wiki? (maybe it is) It would help me if I knew:
- What the hardware infrastructure/software is - OS versions, app
versions, server names, who supports which boxes and which packages
- What is the promotional hierarchy dev-> test ->live
- Who has which roles formal/informal, what are their irc nicks
(some are obvious), etc
If it's not already on the wiki, then I'm happy to pull this together on
there - if you think it is appropriate? Don't fear that I'm trying to
organise you! It's just info that I know that I'd like.
