+1 for sysadmin at 4.

The page Martin quoted said 'Seasoned leaders will be ready for this, and
will help the group get back to Performing as quickly as possible'

So - is the group (apart from sysadmin) stuck in  a storming/norming loop or
is it actually being directed by a seasoned leader? Actually, I think it is.
Evolt.org may be a non-hierarchical - people accept or take on roles - and I
think Erika is doing this, and doing it extremely well - so keep kicking ass
lassie!
