There are some *very* intriguing and well-thought-out responses to the 
open-ended questions!  Lots of great ideas, valid criticisms, and 
suggestions!

Ironically, I usually think surveys (and polls) on the web are silly and 
pointless.  But after reading these results I find myself wanting to repost 
all the answers to the last 2 Survey questions in the form of a Poll, so we 
can see how many people would agree with each suggestion, criticism, 
observation and idea, so we can prioritize which ones we should work on 
implementing first!
