yes, they will.  i've talked of removing this restriction in the past and
might end up doing just that.  it makes me feel dirty to do that though
because it gives the user a false sense of categorization of the article if
they visit with the old link which tells them it's in the "foo" category
when it's actually in the "bar" category.  they click the "foo" category
link when they're done reading to find more articles like it and are
confused when they can't find any like it.  then, they go to the "bar"
category and see the article listed there.  it makes it look as though we
had the category defined improperly on the copy they were reading.  they
can't expect that the category isn't really tied to the actual category the
article is in, but instead is tied to the category_id in the url.
