Plus, if I email Joe Blow and say "Hey, Joe. I want the colors of Client X's
site to be similar to the ones on evolt.org"... maybe that's weak. But, if
some media do0d says "... evolt.org, with their purple and black, ..." or in
any way references our site color, it could only cause confusion. However, if
we make the styles user-defined, Mr. Media Do0d would have to create the style
himself and wouldn't make the mistake of assuming that the colors are always
the same. Same kind of thing if a user reports a problem ("I can't read the
text against the background" ... er, which background?, what color text?, what
size?, do you have an exact time so that I can check my
thesite-is-changing-colors calendar?). More potential trouble than it's worth,
IMO.

Going to sleep... ... ... now.
