i have absolutely no problem with people using whatever stylesheets i
create. hell, i created the default, so i'll probably stick with that most
of the time.

also, the stylesheet editor is very fluffy, BUT will allow people to create
colour combos and font sizes that enable them to read comfortably. that's a
good thing of course.

if enabling users to hide their stylesheets for themselves using PRIV is
easy enough, then cool. i don't think i will bother using it however.
