[thesite] feo article view errors

this is cool now.. for future reference for those of you that have 
access, use the init.d startup scripts to start/shutdown cf like so:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/coldfusion start/stop

that loads all DB drivers and sets teh enviornment vars
