Sorry Jeff .. for reporting a "bug" that wasn't a bug .. but a *feature*
that I forgot.

Adding to memory bank.. "check all FAQ's before they are approved to ensure
key_phrase has been used".

Sigh.. one day, I swear I'll remember *everything*.
