ok, so i got a fire under my ass again and am working on some of our
features..

rudy, can you explain how the members, membattr, and users tables are
interconnected? why didnt we just add another column to the users table
that labeled them as a member, user, god, or admin instead of creating
new tables? Just needing a memory refresh so i can get working on these
member pages
