i don't really agree with that... i think it gives the older articles the 
opportunity to come out into the light again... and since the older 
articles were pre-ratings, they're already at a disadvantage since so 
many are unrated...

besides, i wanna see highest articles ever, not just the highest 
articles in some period of time...
