yes, that's a valid option.  however, it requires that "subsite" have a
mechanism in place to answer the request and apply it correctly.  it also
requires the ueue application to have a path for this request stored for
every subsite that will interface with it.  additionally, it requires a page
view on ueue and wouldn't be transparent to the end-user.
