no argument there.  however, faq are meta-data (ie, data about the site) and
therefore subject to different rules.

this isn't for how many cubes are displayed.  this is simply for the "other
articles by this author" section below the "rate this article" section.  in
this "other articles by this author" we (those of us who implemented it at
codefest) talked about it and thought it should be the 5 highest quality
articles and therefore should follow the same rules used for selecting other
articles on the site based on rating.
