Can update the test db anytime ya want.  I can drop my articles from
theforum in there for testing purposes.

Plus this will give us the sequence number (it *is* the same ID number for
both db's?), and allow us to test stuff on teo.

| yes, and it will need to be addressed by going in and adding it to the
| of category_ids to not look at when running those queries.  if only we'd
| used variables in those queries and stored that list in a single spot.

Hmm.. not sure what's more work .. adding the variables now or continuing on
this path.  I leave that to the experts to decide  :)

However, on weo, only the Highest Rated Articles needs to be updated for
Monday.  Monday is the day we're launching the survey, to the best of my
knowledge.  So, I'm inclinded to think we may need to modify the live code
for this one query... while we continue working on the other stuff on teo.
Just a suggestion btw, definitely not my call to make .. going against
protocol and all.
