[thesite] Updated HTML and CSS on teo

Folks,

The CSS file and HTML have been updated.  Any classes within links (<a>
tags) have been removed.  The links are all classified by the container
above it.   (For those editing the code, you no longer need to include
{class="sidebar} (and other examples) to all your <a> tags.)

If anyone notices any problems on t.e.o., please let me know.
