[thesite] Tip Harvester Idea

Hi all,

Whilst browsing the latest set of tips, I had an idea for them. Why not get
the harvester software to write them out in a more structured fashion, eg:

Author: Bill Is (bill-is at peace.with.himself.com)
Type: Type of tip
Comment: this is a good one!

Blah blah blah...
---
Author: Jon Is (jon-is at peace.with.himself.com)
Type: Type of tip
Comment: this is good too!

Blah blah blah...
---

etc...

It could leave out fields (author/type/comment etc) that arent specified in
the tip, or just put "Type: unknown" or whatever instead.
