total every rating for every article an author has written...
obviously non-ratings are not zeros...

do a simple average -- divide number of ratings into total rating
score, factor to two decimals to mimic ranking on home page...

display results in some fashion on author page, not on individual
articles...

protoype functional capability as plain text, worry about design
independently of technical implementation...
