Why's that?

Don't you think it's pathetic that we have x000 members, and a popular
article is lucky to get 30-40 ratings?

Most headline emails won't have much content in them. It's hardly likely to
confuse anyone if we add a sentence or two encouraging people to participate
more. I thought that you were after more participation?
