I have installed IMT and have indexed the BODY column of the CONTENT
table.  Building the index took about a minute and a half.  It'll
probably be shorter to re-index since the entire thing will not be
re-created.  You can also create indexes online so the table can be
queried while index building is taking place.

We can set up a trigger or a stored proc. to do the re-indexing.
