i'd only do that in the interim, but i'm not going to do that until i get

yes, as are a few other related queries throughout the site.  it shouldn't
be too difficult to track them down and fix them though.

well, i'm fine with launching at least the theoretical discussion of the
cattype project now.  i think there are still some questions that need to be
answered before i can estimate the impact on the code.  in other words, i
think there's more work to do than just mark a few categories as not
supporting ratings.  i think we need to discuss how categories are marked
for inclusion in the category dropdowns, which ones can have ratings, and
which ones don't show up on the homepage (among other things i'm sure i'm
forgetting).
