I think you should change this table's name to POLL and add another table
named QUESTION:
QUESTION
id, pollid, questiontext, active
in this form, the POLL would be "evolticon", the questinos would be:
1. Where do we want the next evolticon?
2. Do we want to ban hot pants?
This makes it easy to group questions. This helps understand the context
in which the question was asked (i.e. there's a thread on theforum about
hot pants at evolticons, but the question, read out of context, seems like
we're banning hot pants in general, not just at evolticons). It also makes
it a lot easier to go find a decision made by poll rather than sorting
through hundreds of indiviual questions.
