so it's a closed list.  we don't need to pull the reference from the address
above to keep it that way.  i'd like to at least make it easy for people to
find this list and then handle the subscription requests as they come in.

i think we should do the same with the other lists, btw.

i'm inclined to unsubscribe any addresses that haven't posted to this list
in the last 6 months.

dean, any chance you can get me that list of subscribed addresses that have
posted to this list in the last 6 months or so?
