[thesite] Participating in Design & Development of evolt.org offerings

howdy,

just a quick note to the members of this list.  due to the sheer number of
subscribers on this list and the fact that it's historical mission has been
to also offer a place for people to get help with the evolt.org open source
cms, it has been decided that rather than pollute this list further with
action-oriented discussion as outlined in our current restructuring, it'd be
better to create a new list specifically for that task.

the new list is called desdev (for design/development).  for those
interested in participating (lurking is not participating), please subscribe
to the new list.  i'll leave subscriptions to this new list open until the
close of friday (gmt -8).  after that time list subscriptions will be closed
and will require approval from the administrator of the list.

this list's purpose will be refocused once the group on the new list gets
started.  this list will become the place to discuss any questions regarding
the open source cms.
