I noticed that this article popped up in the 'revived article' list.

It's from May 2000 which seems eons ago in web times. It's also from the
Commentary & Society section which could get dated really fast.

I don't know what sort of priority this is but it seems to me that the
revived category might want to avoid: Commentary, Jobs, News and
Community News. (I have no idea if some categories are already blocked
by our present system.)
