1) I've swapped in the new version of the front page. I'm still using the pipe as the delimiter between the dates until someone comes up with something better. 2) I've added a "Print Tip(s)" link so the tips will be displayed on a white background without the black navbar thingie. 3) I've opened up the tip categorization tool to whoever wants to help out.
