AFAIK, how it works is that you negotiate a connection with the secure
server, then all transfers are encrypted from that point on, until you
leave the secure site. this would mean that you would have to have the
form filled out on a secure page. if you ever do credit card
transactions online, you will notice that the page with the form for
collecting you CC#, name, etc. is secure. otherwise your CC number would
be an easy target.
