Got a copy of this too.. Total BS.. They scan domain name info, grab the
fax number off it and check to see if the .net and .org of your .com are
taken. If they aren't they send you this official looking thing pretty
much like you have below..

They make it sound like someone out there is trying to register domain
names against your 'trademark' when all they're really trying to do is
have you buy the domain name through them for their fees + the $35 a
year from NSI..

Trash it..
