[thelist] hourly rate in New York

Hi all,
I have just been approached by an investment bank in New York who already 
have a website but saw my stockbroking site for a firm in Bangladesh and are 
interested in their site being redesigned. I have to speak to them in about 
8 hours time. My problem is i live in Bangkok and have no idea as to what to 
charge them. They know roughly what i did the Bangladesh site for, so they 
know i probably work for less than the average New Yorker. I don't want to 
look totally cheap though. Is $50 an hour reasonable for basic HTML, graphic 
design, putting a site together?
