I noticed that one myself, but wasn't sure what values to give it (although
now yours make perfect sense).  i just tried it and it works the same.
except it doesn't place any code in the document.  so i guess if for some
reason you wanted a header tag without it actually appearing in the source,
<cfheader> is the way to go instead of <cfhtmlhead>.
