it's best to double-quote anything that has a / or % or anything else like
that. you could probably get away with not quoting the language=javascript ,
but you should quote the type="text/javascript" (i don't really have any
concrete examples as to why you have to do that, but it seems to me stuff
like that could easily confuse certain gulliable browsers *cou-netscape-gh*)
