[thelist] Synchronising online~offline databases - ideas?

Hi,
Don't know if anyone has answered this yet as I've been a bit enthusiastic
with the delete key today. Why use the access bit at all, set up and ODBC
link to your Foxpro database, and just use that with ADO in your ASP. Foxpro
is a lot faster than Access and you won't haveto synchronise anything, ditch
the Access layer altogether I say! Should be able to just change the ODBC
connection and provided that the table structure is the same, you won't have
to change the code.
Regards
Doug
