The only thing I can think of that might be a problem is after you do
this and boot back into Linux, your filesystems might not be mounted
correctly. You'll have to check your /etc/fstab.conf file to make sure
non of the partitions you're deleting are in there(or needed).. You'll
for sure have to make sure your swap patition is correctly defined in
the config file before you reboot.(it will have to point to the new
partition).

Why do you want your swap on the outside of the disk?  Shout if you have
any more questions :)
