i consider jello to be fixed-but-centered.  the distinction between 100% 
and less than 100% is very fine.  they're both relative to the size of the 
window, and when you start boiling it down it's essentially the same as 
liquid..

i mean, what would you call a 100%-wide table that has its two side cells 
empty but set to 10%?


bah, it's just quibbling over semantics i guess.
