yes, it can be done... i've done it with ASP, and i know pretty much all other
languages/platforms can do it, too... the PDF Bible has some decent info to get started, and
there are lots of resources (including MSDN) for ASP folks... it's really not as hard as you might
think...
your form will need to manage the user's expectations about amount of text, formatting, etc...
given the goal, you're going to need to save the PDFs you generate as well... i don't know if
you'll allow different images, but you'll need to account for that if you do...
if you can give us a better idea of the server/OS/language, we may be able to offer more help...
