Meredith, they old hosts, but I think the problem is that they are also
the Registrar (that's what has made it confusing to me).  I am the
contact.

hehe, I know that now!  ;-)  I tried to get more help from both of them,
but essentially all I got was "fill out our form" - well, live and
learn.

I don't have an NT box.

I have written e-mails back and forth and got the "you've got to name us
as tech support, which is when I turned here.  Been trying to call too,
and can usually get through, but all I get is message machine.
