Just so's ya know -- I just went and set InterDev to as my default CSS
editor and it did the same thing -- set all HTML entity classes to
uppercase. All the custom classes remained in lowercase. Then I set
Dreamweaver as the default and all was smurfy and uniformly lowercase.
