I know they look at online resumes, because that is how my husband ended up
working in his current job.  They found HIM.  One thing I wanted to ask back
to everyone, is this.  How does everyone feel about putting a one's
photograph online with the resume?  My husband did, even though I wasn't
very fond of the picture itself.  Not the best picture of him.  But, it is
on the resume and it did get him an interview.
