Interesting that this is quite simplistic - there are only 3 levels of
permissions:
* Author (alters content assets)
* Content Manager (signoff)
* SysAdmin (templates, IA, everything else)

ie pretty much what we have on our own hand-rolled system. Not what
you'd expect from Oracle if they want to compete with Interleaf, Vignette
and so on.

They also don't seem to have solved the 'you have to know HTML' problem,
or seem to have gone for a more sensible XML storage. Sensible Meta-Data
options, though.

They do say that they're not selling this, but it has to be a matter of time.
