[thelist] Strange page returned

Hi Evolters,

We are getting a strange HTML page returned from somewhere and I wonder if
anyone else has seen this and knows where it may be generated from (or why).

This is the page:

We are using FastCGI on an Apache Server.  Without getting into too much
detail yet, just wondering if anyone has seen such a page returned from a
FastCGI request (which should be retrieving a report), or something similar.

(also - I am worried that I may be sending messages in HTML...  I'm using at
Outlook at work - could someone tell me how to check that?  Outlook's Help
doesn't seem to have on this?)
