I wonder what color theory experts might say to this.  Perhaps
the blue-tinted world helps to increase the libido. ;)~

(yes I know red is usually the color related to sex, but weren't
Adult movies once termed "blue movies"?  I think I remember
reading somewhere that the used to shine a blue light on girls
at shows, way back.)

Having difficulty concentrating on the task at hand, be it
reading a manual or working on a site?  Perhaps you need to
change your environment.  If you code while lying on your bed,
or you have a TV within easy reach, you'll get better results
from setting up a separate area for working on the computer.

if you're looking to stretch a tiny graphic to make a
vertical/horizontal rule, forget it, Netscrape doesn't like
stretching in a table.   Instead, make a single cell just wide
enough for the graphic and use it as the background.
