	A4 (210mm × 297mm) is narrower and longer than "letter" size (216mm
x 279mm) in the U.S., although shorter than "legal" size (216mm x 356mm)
(http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/iso-paper.html). We're talking just a few
sixteenths of an inch here, though, so what the hey! :)
